TERMS AND CONDITIONS-MT. CHARLESTON CABINS

CHECK- IN / CHECK - OUT

Check in is from 2pm to 8pm. Checkout is 11:00 am. There is a $30 per hour charge past 11 am and until 1 pm. After 1 pm, you will be charged for another nights stay.

STAYOVER: If you are staying more than one night and would like maid service, you need to request this at the cabin office.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Patrons MUST be 21 to reserve and check into the cabins.

PAYMENT POLICY

All reservations will be charged at time of booking. Cash paying customers are required to secure their reservation with a $200.00 deposit on a major credit card. Declined or invalid credit card numbers may result in cancellation of your booking without prior notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 48-hour cancellation notice is required prior to your arrival date to receive a refund, less 10%, of your fee. If you cancel within 48 hours, including reservations made within 2 days of your arrival, your fee is non-refundable or have one year to reschedule.

OPEN FIRES/ SMOKING POLICY

ALL of the cabins are non-smoking. Absolutely NO BBQ's or open fires allowed in or around the cabins.

PET POLICY

Pets are allowed in "pet friendly" designated cabins ONLY.

By agreeing to these policies the owner is taking full responsibility for any damage caused by their pet. Please keep pets off all furniture and jet tub. All cabins will be assesed for damage. There is a $100.00 charge for undeclared pets plus stated pet fees.

NOISE/ CLEANING POLICY

Guests are responsible for all items in the cabin. Your credit card will be billed for: cost of cabin for guests disturbed by excessive noise, damage, smoke odor or missing items.

CABIN PREFERENCES

We will make every effort to fulfill your preference request; however they are not guarenteed. Additional charges may apply for some requests.

*Missing keys/ Key bags, if not returned to the office upon check out, will be charged to guest at $30.00/each.

The cabins are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Pleae make sure to read the "Welcome Sheet" in your cabin.
